SMSGT TROY Hall served honorably as a member of the Air Force since 2011. He passed away while serving as an active duty member of First Air Force, Detachment 2. A hero to his family & friends, his wife, Mallory Hall, created a Hero WOD to honor his life. One of Hall’s favorite days were his “shoulder boulder days”, so this workout will be a shoulder PUMP!
